Grauenwolf has created two workbooks: "German Longsword - Level 1" and "Bolognese Sword and Buckler Workbook - Level 1" which serve as a self-study guide. The Sword and Buckler workbook is designed to pair with Manciolino's book. these books would be ideal for Japanese translation.


The Scholars of Alcala is a HEMA club in San Diego, CA which has produces several high quality, detailed workbooks and manuals available for free. the collection is an "full club starter package". The aim of the Wiktenauer wiki is to be the definitive online source of all primary and secondary texts for Western Martial Arts. While you will not often find downloadable PDFs here, you will find high resolution scans of these delicate original books, along with transcribed original text, and translations where available.
